- How do I book a home?
Book right here. Choose a home and your dates, you will be able to checkout from this site. Additionally the homes are available to book via Airbnb and Vrbo but you always get the best price and personal experience when you book direct.
- Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at every home. If your dog is not comfortable with other pets or strangers, please keep them on a leash when others are nearby. If you leave your dog alone in the house while you are out, please crate them if they are likely to chew furniture or doors.
- How do check-in and check-out work?
Every home has self check-in with an electronic keypad. Before you arrive, we send you your own unique code.
- Is housekeeping included during our stay?
Housekeeping during your stay is available on request, at an additional cost.
- Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. We cannot confirm it until 24 hours before check-in because of other bookings, so if an early arrival or late departure really matters, it is best to book an extra night.
- Are the kitchens fully equipped for cooking?
Yes. Guests often tell us how well stocked the kitchens are. If you have a specific need, let us know in advance.
- How do I reach you during my stay?
Send a message through your booking, or text Carol at 580-759-5066.
- What happens if something breaks during our visit?
If something small breaks, such as a glass or a plate, we do not charge for it, but please leave it out or let us know so we can replace it. If something larger breaks, let us know and we will talk about whether there is a charge for repair or replacement.

- Is there an extra fee for the kayaks and boats?
No. The kayaks and boats are included in your stay. Please be courteous to other guests waiting to use them, return them where and as you found them, and turn the kayaks and canoes upside down so rain does not fill them.
- Is fishing equipment provided?
Basic fishing equipment is in the shed by the store. We do not provide lures or bait; fishing worms are for sale in Stratford at the Feed Store and at the quick shop at the four-way stop.
- Is the hot tub private?
No. There is one hot tub shared by the four homes, but many guests do not use it, so scheduling has not been a problem. Please be courteous to others who are waiting, do not wear street clothes in the hot tub, and shower before using it, especially after time on the pond: pond water does not work well in the hot tub.
- Can I bring my own boat?
You can bring your own kayak or canoe.
