    This was hands down one of the nicest and CLEANEST homes I’ve ever stayed in! The home was absolutely beautiful, light-filled, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable. The beds were super comfy, and the showers deserve a special mention — the BEST water pressure I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb! The showers were seriously amazing. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and felt very safe. Everything you could need was less than 10 minutes away, including a Sprouts Farmers Market, which was a huge plus for anyone who loves healthy, fresh food. Having the convenience of parking in the garage was another great bonus. The huge backyard was such a treat, with a swing, hammock, and a lovely patio table and chairs — perfect for relaxing and enjoying some fresh air. And even with all the peace and quiet, downtown Oklahoma City was only about 20–25 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy the city while having a peaceful place to come home to. Highly recommend!!!!!

    This was perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids. We even had a movie night after the rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! I would recommend this for anyone. It’s a beautifully decorated home and extremely clean and tidy.

    Carols home is a unicorn, something I had no idea existed: A pet friendly rental that has NOT been trashed and soiled by other people's dogs! If you love your pets and a clean home this one is for you. Extraordinarily clean and comfortable. Great furniture throughout. Plenty of linens and towels and necessities at every place you want and need them. I'm a cook and was amazed to find GREAT dishes and pans in good condition. This seldom happens in a rental. There were even matching life for the pans and the cooking surfaces were not scratched. The stove, fridge, and grill were perfect . The beds wonderfully comfortable. The shower in the master was better than I usually find in high end spa hotels. You can be absolutely confident booking this home. Carol understands hospitality on a level few do. More important she seems to invest the time and money needed to keep the standard of her home at the highest level. No easy task! Maybe Carol is the best sort of unicorn too! 😅

    Took a week long trip for our wedding anniversary. And wow, this place was the perfect spot. Quiet, clean, great views! Hot tub was nice, and great fishing, catching good size fish and the kayaks were a lot of fun. Saw a lot of wildlife. Host was friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back again! Very spacious house, anything you need to cook with, and great to sip on your coffee in the morning on the back porch looking at the great view! Very cute little store next to the homes with tshirts, coffee mugs, a lot of cute collectibles!

    This place was beautiful and exactly and described. There was a beautiful pond and boats and kayaks and it was very private. The space itself was very spacious soft beds and large bathrooms. The kitchen had everything I needed. I cooked every night and made a cake and they had EVERYTHING. Wish we could have stayed longer.

    Carol's property was exactly as described! The view is beautiful and the cottage was very comfortable. My husband had the best time, stating that "This was the best birthday present that I have gotten you for me"! (the trip was an early bday getaway for me). He caught over 100 fish in the large stocked ponds. Carol was friendly and offered assistance anytime it was needed. Already booked a "guys" fishing trip three weeks from now on the way home!

    Carol has perfected that fine line of making her houses feel so comfortable and easy to settle into, lived in like it's a true home but not *too* lived in like you're invading someone else's space. This was our third stay in one of her properties over the years and second time in this house. All the essentials were stocked plenty of extras. Everything was very clean, house smelled nice and fresh, beds were comfy, showers worked great, backyard was well maintained, and access to the garage for parking is so convenient. The hammock and swing in the backyard were a big hit with our kids and the neighborhood was easy going. Even the neighboring dogs only barked when our silly dog was the one to instigate a conversation. This was a safe, happy place to stay and Carol is a host who truly cares about her guests.

    My family and I had a great time!! Carol makes you feel so welcome. We had a very much needed relaxing time spent by the lake. My husband and son spent most of the time fishing. Our dogs also loved the place. We are already planning when to come back. The house is so comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.

    Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful countryside cottage! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The property itself was amazing—so much beautiful land and plenty of room for our dogs to run and explore, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The large pond was a huge highlight! We loved that there were several different types of boats available to use for free, making it easy to get out on the water and enjoy the property. The fishing was also incredible—we were getting bites at least once every five minutes! 🎣 The natural beauty surrounding the cottage was just as impressive. We saw gorgeous butterflies, a variety of birds, and so much peaceful countryside wildlife. It truly felt like we had our own little piece of nature to enjoy. This was the perfect place to unplug, relax, enjoy the outdoors, and spend quality time with our family and dogs. We would absolutely stay here again!
