Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you request a stay or contact us: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your dates, number of guests and pets, and your message.
• When you book: your booking and payment are handled by Hostaway, our reservation system, and its payment processor Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe's secure payment field and are never stored on this website.
• When you browse: this site counts visits with its own built-in analytics, run on our own server and shared with no one. It records which pages and photos are viewed and for how long, the kind of device, the website or ad that sent you, and your approximate location (city and state), looked up from your IP address. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address, so it cannot recognise you from one day to the next. Browsers that send the Global Privacy Control signal are not counted. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.
• Maps: the map on each home's page is loaded from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address to send the map but sets no cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, arrange your stay, send your check-in information and follow up afterwards. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the people and services needed to run your stay, such as Hostaway and our cleaning team.

We will only send you news or offers if you ask us to, and every message lets you stop them.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records for as long as we need them to run our business and meet our legal and tax obligations. Ask us and we will delete what we do not need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.

Security

This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to guest information is limited to the people who need it to run your stay.
